The BayLobsters Fish Market opened on Wednesday 8/29/07. We do hope you will come see us. We will be adding new and different items often, so please stop in often to see what is new. As always our main product line will be FRESH FISH, all direct from Boston and around the world.  The address for BayLobsters Fish Market is 9408 Ravenna Rd., Twinsburg, OH 44087 - in the building where the old Matchhouse & Butane Bob's used to be. Just look for the Lobster Trap Seafood Restaurant and BayLobsters Fish Market sign. If you are familiar with the Lobster Trap Seafood Restaurant - they are now located across the street just a few feet farther east on Rt. 82. We are in the same building as The Lobster Trap Seafood Restaurant. When you pull into the driveway into the back parking lot, we will be the door farthest to the left.

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays - we may have to open later - depending on what time the truck from Boston arrives.

Please note: The website is not yet up to date with products & pricing at the market. Until we are able to do so, the pricing at the market is the official price. If you don't have time to come into the market, we can deliver your order to you - currently, due to the cost of fuel, there is a $2.50 fuel charge per delivery. We strongly encourage you to come into the market as there are items available that we cannot deliver.

Ordering:

Minimum orders  - 1 lb. minimum order, $2.50 fuel charge per delivery, delivered personally by us, not FedEx (only in northeast Ohio).

Place your order through the website or email no later than 11 am any Wednesday. On Wednesday's, please call the market to be sure we receive your order. We will order from our New England seafood house Wednesday morning. Your order is shipped to us by refrigerated truck and arrives in Cleveland on Thursday mornings. We then personally deliver your order to you on Friday afternoon safely packed in a styrofoam cooler with ice and/or ice packs. If you are unable to be home at time of delivery, your order will be safe for several hours until you get home.

Payment:

You can pay via cash or check on delivery (we can give you the order total ahead of time if needed & you can leave the money in an envelope taped to your door. You can also pay via Visa or MasterCard (for your first order, we will call you Wednesday evening to get your credit card info (we do not take this information through the website or email for security reasons). We keep this information on file for all your future orders. You can ask us to delete the information from our records at any time. If you are referred to us by a current customer, you automatically get 7 day terms if you desire – then mail us a check.
